Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) seems to have the swagger of GW and mainstream appeal as he connects with potential voters.  His detractors appear to be as ready as the governor for his upcoming campaign, issuing talking points, calling in to talkshows and flooding social media with questions about his leadership in Texas.
